Job description:  NaturHouse Malta is seeking a qualified, English-speaking Dietitian/Nutritionist for a full-time, on-site role at our Sliema centre. In this role, you will provide personalized nutrition guidance and weight-management support directly to our clients.
Key responsibilities:
• Conduct personalised nutrition consultations and assess clients' needs, habits and progress.
• Prepare tailored nutrition and weight- management plans using the Naturhouse Method, within the professional's authorised scope of practice.
• Provide regular follow-up consultations, education and motivation for sustainable lifestyle change.
• Recommend suitable Naturhouse products and supplements when appropriate to the client's needs and professional scope.
• Support client acquisition, retention and excellent customer service.
• Assist with day-to-day centre operations, stock control, records, presentation and reporting.
• Provide telephone or online consultations when required.
We provide paid on-the-job training in the Naturhouse Method, product range and centre procedures. The role offers a fixed basic salary plus commission and performance-based incentives, with the variable-pay terms to be stated in the written employment offer. Professional duties are subject to the applicable Maltese registration and authorisations.
Requirements
Mandatory:
• relevant degree and eligibility for the applicable Maltese professional registration before independent practice;
• at least two years of relevant client- facing experience;
• excellent spoken and written English;
• ability to conduct consultations, prepare and document appropriate nutrition plans, and manage regular client follow-up;
• strong communication and organisation. Candidates should state their exact qualification, current professional registration, experience and availability.
Desirable:
• previous Naturhouse or comparable nutrition-centre experience,
• knowledge of supplements, Italian or Maltese language skills, and experience with telephone or video consultations.
Training provided
Paid induction will cover the Naturhouse Method, consultation and follow-up process, product information and permitted claims, client records and privacy, booking and centre procedures, and stock handling. Initial work will be supervised until the successful candidate understands local procedures and has the registration and authorisations required for their professional duties. Any external training support would be agreed separately.
Any assistance with accommodation/relocation We can provide practical guidance on planning the move to Malta, identifying accommodation options and understanding the local administrative steps. Any financial contribution towards relocation or lodging would be considered individually and confirmed in writing before the candidate accepts an offer.
Any other benefits
Full-time, on-site role at the Naturhouse Malta centre in Sliema, with paid induction and development in the Naturhouse Method. Statutory leave and employment benefits apply. Any additional benefits or performance incentives will be detailed in the written offer.
Salary
EUR 22,000-EUR 28,000 gross basic salary per year, depending on qualifications and experience, plus commission and performance-based incentives under written terms provided before appointment. The quoted range is basic salary and excludes variable pay and statutory entitlements. How will the interviews be held Initial screening will be conducted by EURES Malta. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a first interview by video call. A second interview may be held online or in person and will include discussion of client-care experience, professional qualifications, spoken English, the role and relocation readiness. Any offer will be subject to references, the right to work in Malta and confirmation of the professional registration or authorisations needed for the duties.
